Description

In this guided meditation practice we are honoring gratitude for all of the plants and animals of the Earth. We are connecting with this gratitude and honoring our connectedness. Through this practice we are feeling a deeper sense of alignment and peace. This is meditation practice is part of Gratitude Week in which every day we are offering and reflecting on gratitude for something or someone. In this meditation practice we are appreciating the plants and animals that surround us and help make our Earth more beautiful.
