Description

In today’s podcast episode I’m giving you a little glimpse into the lessons I’ve received in my own life recently. I know they will resonate with you in a big way.

This episode is centered around the fact that if you make a promise to someone else, you’re probably going to keep that promise. But what about the promises that you make to yourself?

So often people say things like, “When X, Y, Z happens, THEN I will go on vacation.”

Or, “when I retire, THEN I'll get healthy.”

“When kids go back to school, THEN I’ll prioritize better sleep at night.”

“When I get a new job, then I'll make the time to clean up my diet.”

“When I have more money, then I'll invest in the support I need to finally be happy.”

It's the when/then game. And what's really sticky about this is that when you get into that energy of denying something from yourself that you need and could welcome in right now, essentially you're saying you're not good enough. You’re telling the universe you aren’t worthy.

It’s time to clean that up.
