Description

Doshas are imbalances in the Ayurvedic system, which can lead to physical and mental health issues. To remedy the dosha chart, Ayurveda recommends a personalized approach based on an individual's constitution (Prakriti) and the specific dosha(s) that are out of balance.

Eat a balanced diet: Follow a diet that suits your constitution and includes all six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent. Avoid processed, fried, and heavy foods, as they can aggravate the doshas.
