In this episode, we do our weekly check-in with our submission and presentations, how we have been feeling leading up to the days of submission and working hard, and entering the end of Term One and Christmas holidays.
We then move onto the topic of time management with scheduling, using a planner/bullet journal and our thoughts with checking off to-do lists. We also talk about the prevalence of toxic productivity in architecture or university in general, and how to combat that, alongside with the well-known problem of procrastination: why we procrastinate (conflict within ourselves), whether it can be beneficial, and how to overcome it.
