Cullen is was involved in a traumatic car accident 15 years ago when aged 6 years of age on his way to school, the result of this car accident has made him be quadriplegic which means his mobility is lost from the neck down, he also relies on life support for every second of his life.
Cullen wanted an opportunity to share his personal story and his views on life, the world and people.
