The soul...how is it connected to knowing God? Proverbs 4:20-27 reveals the connection of our ears, eyes, mouth, heart, mind, and feet to moving forward or Jodi likes to say 'being' with God. Jodi also takes the time to talk about desires and how they will direct us as they are rooted in the very place that directs all things, our heart. When God chooses us and we receive all of Him, He desires to capture our entire being, our entire heart, here lies the wresting of 'working out Salvation in fear and trembling.'
