Drink of the Evening: Pina ColadaIngredients: 

• 2 ounces (60ml) white rum
• 2 ounces (60ml) cream of coconut (preferably Coco Lopez)
• 4 ounces (120ml) pineapple juice
• 1 cup crushed ice

Directions:

1. Combine the white rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and crushed ice in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
3. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass, such as a hurricane or tall glass.
