Hayden Wilde has achieved a lot in the world of triathlon including, as I’m sure you know, coming third at the Olympics in 2020.
I'm fortunate to be mates with him and his brothers from Whakatane (shout out to Mr Hamish Wilde)
In all seriousness though, I really enjoyed this episode and learning more about Hayden’s journey. We chat about where his triathlon career started, the physical and mental challenges he’s had to overcome, how this year’s Olympics compares to last and then what Hayden gets up to outside of triathlon.
I appreciate you tuning into this episode, any support you can show for the podcast goes a long way and helps me continue getting these awesome people on.
I hope you enjoy the episode, and remember, you make you.
