The first take of this podcast had a lot of cursing, but after taking sometime to rethink things, I found a better way of getting what I wanted to say out there. Self reflection does not mean we become these perfect people, where nothing bothers us. Self reflection can also put you on a path to notice things in greater detail, to see what things hold a greater importance to you. Spend time doing the things you enjoy, but lend an ear to your loved ones that need it. While inflation is playing a part in how some of us maneuver, do not forget your self worth.
