After a 911 call comes into the Columbus Police Department about a pair of human legs found at a recycling plant authorities are puzzled on how to find the identify of the victim. It would take two years before the remains were identified as Candice Taylor. Candice’s family was shocked to as they had been texting with Candice month’s after her disappearance.
Who had Candice’s phone? Why were they texting her family? What had happened to Candice? And why has this case been severely underreported?
