my guest is the Programs Manager at Women’s Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc. (WEST) and has been working in the non-for-profit sector for 12 years. Through her work and community engagement, she has a range of experience in the areas of career development, project management, grant writing along with, assisting individuals and families integration and settlement into Windsor-Essex. With knowledge in training and development, she has facilitated sessions in the areas of cultural competency, human rights, leadership, team building and conflict resolution. Her family takes time to volunteer in the community, and she is passionate about Windsor Essex.
