To my guest on Friday night, playing the piano wasn’t just “another skill”. It was a way to express herself, to create art and build herown confidence. These are all values that she passed on to her students.
It’s hard to imagine, but the dream started as a tiny music studio in my guest's parents basement when she was 16 years old! Steadily, she grew her student base while putting herself through school at the University of Windsor.
From music in our city to teaching children the joys of music to pivoting due to the pandemic....
