John F. Williams is the Chairman & CEO, of Impact Infrastructure, Inc., makers of Autocase Software. In 2007, he initiated a movement aimed at measuring the value of βGreenβ infrastructure and buildings and their implications for environmental justice communities.
Simon Fowell is the Principal Economist at Autocase and is building a business case for environmental sustainability and quantify the financial, social, and environmental impact of green building design for airports, hospitals, schools, and offices.
Autocase worked with the AIA Large Firm Roundtable to create the Free Building Environmental Justice Tool. The Building EJ Tool is a free environmental justice tool thatβs been developed for design teams & community development advocates to be used on building projects. This tool provides design teams with the data, resources, and frameworks to identify pressing issues and document a project's journey to accounting for more equitable design.
