Description

Mary Sullivan was the teacher of the first yoga class that I went to, back in the early 2000's. She taught a class on Sundays called "Sacred Yoga", and I have never found anything similar since. It was great to reflect on what made that class so special. Mary works as a 7th grade special education teacher in the Boston metro area, and is currently not teaching yoga. Who knows though... we both agreed that the world could really use a sacred yoga class these days, and she even talked about feeling the urge to start one again!

I recorded this episode weeks ago (you'll hear me reference a snow storm that maybe happened a month ago?). The transition from winter to spring has slowed my roll with finishing up the editing process on this episode, mostly because I've been focusing on the other recording projects that I've been doing.

Here's a link to the piece of music that we reference:

Here's a recording of it with a score: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYjojFcMzUw
