Hung Like a Jury
Congress’’s inaction is action both sides dangle “laws” but refuse to:
Talk about them
Debate them
Show us them
Take in to consideration 2nd and 3rd order effects
Look at long term implications
Look at the constitutionality of the law
The Supreme Court does not:
Write laws
Edit laws
Amend the constitution
Represent the people
AND…. In many cases add personal emotional opinion and not look at the legal Fram of the Constitution of the United States of America
So why is there such a magnifying glass on the SCOTUS on the “ruling” well possible “ruling” to overturn Roe V. Wade?
The lawmakers have failed for over 60 years to solidify or codify the opinion known as Roe v. Wade but some how its a select few people who sit on the highest court who have “ruined” this . I’m here to tell you this is as far from the truth as possible.
