Our guest for Positivity Hack Delivered 76, Annabel Kaye, has spent more than 40 years helping growing businesses sort out the practical and legal side of paying people. In 1980, she founded Irenicon, helping organisations in the UK sort out HR and employment law issues.
In 2009, fascinated by the growing gig economy, she founded KoffeeKlatch specifically to support organisations which outsource to freelancers, ensuring a “win win” where all parties maximize the value of the relationship and seeking to close any compliance gaps to avoid problems for companies and freelancers alike.
