A Community of Practice (CoP) is a group of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better via regular interaction. While not a new concept, CoP is critical for highly effective and creative environments. This Positivity Hack Delivered will be by Ginger Tech owner Kamila Stępniowska. Working with both internal communities of practices, as well as open communities Kamila has created a B2B, machine learning education programs with deepsense.ai.
She has been supporting diversity as the “Women Who Code” Seattle Evangelist, advisor at “She’s Coding,” and a “SheWorx” Steering Committee member. As “Geek Girls Carrots” COO Kamila built a global community of women in tech. Kamila’s PhD thesis was on “CPython as a programming language” developed by the community at the Chair of Sociology of Culture, Institute of Sociology (University of Warsaw).
