Sheba Wilson, is the Group Director of Human Resources for a luxury hotel brand in the Turks and Caicos Islands. During her career, Sheba has changed the function and impact of HR across the brand to support business goals and strategies while serving the needs and aspirations of over 600 employees! She has created a culture of learning and development, internal promotions, and consistently high employee retention rates across properties.
Sheba is also an Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, a DISC certified trainer and consultant, and the CEO of Sheba Wilson Training Ltd — a full-service leadership training, coaching and consulting company in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
