Are you setting the right expectations when it comes to things you are looking to achieve for yourself?
Just because you haven't yet achieved that goal or haven't yet fully embody the person you wish to be, doesn't mean you are failing. Stop being so hard on yourself.  It's great to have great big achievements but its also very important to have stainable daily achievable expectations that we can show up for and build are practice and confidence.  We will in future episodes will go deeper into how to create better habits, but first we must become aware of what expectations we are setting for ourselves and start to manage what steps we can take towards them.
