Why me?
I just don’t understand…
This isn’t fair….
Sound familiar ?
First off it, if it does sound familiar I’m sorry for what you’re currently dealing with and feeling.
But it’s important to check in then this is happening and really ask yourself , what am I thinking? What am I worried about? What scenarios am I playing out in my mind to keep me safe?
When really it isn’t keeping your safe, it’s taking from your energy and actually intensifying the momentum in that direction.
What we need to do is break that cycle. Re direct the momentum to be focused on what it is we want to experience, to what we really do want.
