Growing up around ministry in Zimbabwe, Charmaine had a pretty good sense as to who God was. However, it was not until later in her teenage years that she truly developed a relationship with Him. Charmaine had to utilize her faith when she received a word from God that she was suppose to travel across the world to Tulsa, Oklahoma and enroll at Oral Roberts University. Stepping out into the unknown was when Charmaine had to ground her faith in God. Although it seemed crazy, she had to follow her faith wherever it led her.
