David is a man of many talents - head of performance at Rugby Academy Ireland, Phd candidate & research coordinator in DCU examining nutritional & physical exercise interventions targeting the preservation of lean mass in older adults.
Alongside those roles he is also an excellent science communicator. You can tell how deep his knowledge & passion runs just by listening to him speak.
