Kashanna Eiland has always had a passion for young people and being of service to others. Having grown up just west of Chicago, she spent a considerable amount of time in the Austin Community of Chicago's West Side, while visiting her grandmother and attending church as a child.
Kashanna is a social impact strategist, applying over 15 years of working in the nonprofit sector to help socially conscious organizations bring their bright ideas to fruition. She also operates Unboxed Shop, a custom apparel and home goods company.
