I recently read a blog entry from someone named Tore Nestenius who created their own Sega Mega Drive / Genesis dev kit by hand...back in the late 80's!  I loved reading the post and asked Tore if he'd be willing to share his story with us on a podcast.  I think his history in the retro (then 'cutting edge') PC scene will resonate with many of us and I'm sure you'll enjoy hearing from him.  As always, these long-form podcasts are also available as a video, with links on the main page.  Here's where to find Tore and his original blog post:
