Dr. Baker-Brown is a top communication scholar and professional with academic and corporate experiences in organizational, interpersonal, and intercultural communication. She is a full professor at Prince George’s Community College and a proud graduate of Howard University. Dr. Brown is also a Commissioner with Montgomery County Commission of Land and Tenants Association and a proud Jamaican who serves on the Board of Sarah’s Children, a Jamaican-based service organization.
