Hello lovely! Thanks for listening! Are you an ‘over achiever’? Do you reward yourself or give yourself a pat on the back for what you’ve accomplished? The most of us don’t. And if you’re a woman and/or a neurodivergent and have ADHD we’re always ‘on to the next’ aren’t we? I am rewarding myself right now but it’s not easy. For the most of my life I didn’t reward myself ever or even know where to start. (And it’s different for everyone.) Hint. It’s usually what fills our cups and is hand and hand with self-care. ;) I’m learning to reward myself more and give myself a pat on the back for what I *have accomplished instead of thinking “what’s next?”. ;) We’re all works in progress y’all and I’m sure I’ll/we’ll always have to remind myself/ourselves of this until I/we pass.
