Do your team members share your vision?
There have been so many companies in which I have 'unsubscribed' from due to a Team Member of theirs whether it's when I don't feel heard, or any empathy or a "tough luck" response or no response at all.
It's sad but true.
I'm in a group now in which myself and a lot of the group members have complaints about the same Team Member that's in one word 'unhelpful' to say the least.
I know for a fact that the founder of this particular company would never answer in these ways and would be appalled if she knew this team member wasn't providing what her job is to 'assist and help' members in the group.
It's just something to think about.
We as founders, business owners and entrepreneurs put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into growing our empires and to think that someone that's an 'assistant' is essentially sabotaging all of your hard work and 'breaking' our businesses is something to think about and to check-up on every so often.
One easy way is to ask your/our audience, community and clients how this team member is doing, and this is a surefire way to get the real "nitty gritty" answers.
