Description

Hello lovelies! Thanks for listening (and reading!)

"No one can live our lives for us".

I got this quote from a fellow podcaster and biz buddy, Shalynne. Her podcast is called 'The Art of Being Enough' - I highly recommend it!

I thought I have got to make a podcast episode about this, this is so good and resonates so much with me right now.

Isn't this the truth though?

We all care so much about what others think when 'no one can live our lives for us'. This is our job, we can only live for ourselves, no one else.

I recently read the book "Let Them" by Mel Robbins and it covers this in more detail.

...It says to basically "Let Them" think whatever they're going to because we absolutely have zero control over what anyone thinks anyway.

And to "Let Us" or "Let Me let it go" and to instead focus on what I can control, which are my own thoughts and feelings.

I hope you enjoy this episode.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth

'Rewrite your money story from the inside out -- designed for women ready to rise into their worth.

A powerful 9-15 speaker audio summit (with transcripts), for women (and those that identify as women), who were raised to be selfless, taught to shrink, and conditioned to believe they had to earn their worthiness.'
