Hello...thanks for listening!
This is similar to what I spoke about in my last podcast episode Ep 31 The Heart Knows Before the Mind Does. It's interesting how we are taught and "groomed" (especially women) to look 'outward' for advice and to ask, ask, ask. And to not ever look inward and to follow our instincts and what our intuition is telling us. I'm not speaking about anything that's harming someone else...I have too much empathy for that and I would never preach that.
This is for the sole reason of us following our intuition in life and that that is enough. We don't need to ask for permission or to ask for advice or to look outward. It's all within us and isn't it interesting that that's when we seek advice the most?
If someone asks you "why are you doing this or that?" or "how come?" you can steal this answer from me which is..."Because I'm following my instincts" and if they keep asking you can follow-up with "My instincts are just that, they're mine and they won't make sense to you"...."just like your instincts are just that, they're yours and they won't make sense to me". And you can rest assure that that is enough of a reason. :)
