Looking forward to the longer days!

In the U.S. anyway....as of Winter Solstice (which is usually around December 20 of every year)...the days start to get longer! I always get excited because minute by minute I start to notice exactly that and I love it!

On March 12 of this year we lost an hour but the good thing is that this helps with the days to get longer. :) On March 20 of this year it was the first day of Spring and the days will continue to get longer and the flowers will blossom and the birds will be chirping too!

Being a 'Night Owl' we especially are excited since we tend to stay up later at night and wake-up later in the day than 'Early Birds' do. I talk more about this on my episode #12 titled It's Okay to Not be a "Morning Person". Did you know that we're all 'born' not as morning people? There are 4 different 'chronotype's' as they're called!

Spring is also a reminder of new 'blossoming' ideas and opportunities and I speak more about this on this episode!

1. An article from 'Time and Date website' that talks about the History of Daylight Saving Time.

I'm looking to be more consistent and my aim is to release new episodes every couple of weeks or twice a month and they will be released on a Saturday or Sunday *depending on where in the world you are. :)

If this episode was of value to you, please share (with a friend), subscribe (sometimes I'm not consistent so this is the best way for you to find out as soon as an episode is released ;-), or please rate (you can now rate on Spotify too!) or donate. All of my info is in my linktree link below.

I podcast for the love of helping others and for sharing information with others. :)

Thanks again, I appreciate you and cheers to speaking up and for making your voice heard!

Sincerely,
