Hello lovelies! Thanks for listening (and reading!)
What I didn't know was hurting me and due to this I was always exhausted.
So, I've recently (in the last couple of years), have been doing a lot of self-discovery and self-awareness and before this I was always exhausted, and I didn't know why.
Now, *after learning that I am an introvert and an empath and a highly sensitive person, I am aware, and I practice more self-care and self-love.
I didn't know that I needed to recharge more (and more often) than those that *aren't highly sensitive introverts.
Now that I know, (as the Maya Angelou quote goes), "I do better".
And since discovering this, I feel that it is my calling (one of my callings) to share this information and to help others who do not know that they're more introverted for example, or who *do know but don't know that recharging and self-care is absolutely imperative for us.
"We can't afford *not to".
I hope you enjoy this episode
Elizabeth
