The heart knows before the mind does...this is true.
Whenever I've let my 'mind' lead I'm always kicking myself afterwards.
We are all human and nobody is perfect.
This and the thoughts of "this is temporary, not forever" and "I've been through much, much worse" keep me afloat.
This along with faith and asking for help.
Which is still a struggle for me (to ask for help) but I'm getting better thankfully.
