WildFit Coach Sue Ellar struggled with her weight and yo-yo dieting for over 30 years. She could never stick to a diet, thus felt like a failure. Whenever she lost weight, it would quickly be put back on again. During the pandemic, Sue discovered a food re-education program that turned her life around. This program was based on food psychology, and eating the way in which the body is meant to eat for optimum health. 

Coach Sue transformed her relationship with food, gained a new freedom and was no longer driven by cravings. She is now three dress sizes smaller, and at the age of 50, she is the lightest she's been since her 20's. She also experiences more energy, reduced aches and pains, fewer allergies and her sin is the best it has ever been. This program was so life changing that she decided to become a coach; she became a WildFit coach. Coach Sue Ellar now teaches this new relationship with food to others. She helps other women overcome emotional eating, release weight in a sustainable fashion and start living life to the fullest.
