In today’s episode I’m talking with my cousin Kayla. In our conversation you’ll hear us mention this, but growing up it always felt like I was so much older than her, but the reality is we’re only a couple of years apart. I wanted to have this conversation with Kayla because I admire her ability to be open and honest about her struggles. Her willingness to talk about what she’s going through reminds me that it’s okay to talk about our hard moments. And also, I just love her! She has such a fun personality and I feel like whenever we’re together she keeps me laughing.
