If we want to control our thoughts, positive self-talk is the place to start.

We generally have only two types of thoughts - 1. those who constrict us and 2. those who expand us. No prize for guessing that negative thoughts constrict us and positive thoughts expand us.

And this impact/effect is seen in our physical and mental behavior as well.

In today's episode, I have discussed how to choose the thoughts that provide a little more space for us.
