Zach gives a brief history of Sazerac from their beginnings with Cognac in the 1600s up until they acquire Buffalo Trace and Barton in the 90s and 00s. We briefly discuss some non bourbon related Sazerac products and then of course dive into the list of bourbon related ones, recalling back to previous episodes where Zach shared some of his favorites.
