Zach starts off the show with a recap of last week's episode and then introduces the guest expert, Dion Braet. Dion is a Biology teacher, and therefore is qualified to discuss yeast in scientific terms and then he relates it to bourbon for us. After Dion and Irv talk about yeast, and a smidge about how some companies claim it changes the flavor based on the yeast strand they have, they then get into tasting and rating the Bourbon of the Week. This week, Zach and Dion try out Maker's Mark 101. They give some thoughts about the Nose, Taste and Finish and then Dion wants to know if Zach will give it coveted #SoGood Stamp of Approval.
