We discussed Sara’s journey of healing through authoring her
memoir ‘The Invisible Bones’, and the significance of boundaries between character and actor and safeguarding personal trauma before embodying a character’s trauma. We began with sara’s decision to be a participant in her own research into actor wellbeing that had her taking on the role of Constance in a monologue from Shakespeare’s King John.
