• When you get impatient with yourself saying "I just wana GET THERE ALREADY" (insert goals/whatever), be patient with the process!
• Tips on eating alone - does this bring up any anxiety or awkwardness?
• When was the last time you were "taken care of?" Being waited on? Can you receive that? Guess what, you are WORTHY of that!
• Being open to the kindness of strangers. When was the last time you received kindness or you were kind to someone else? Pass it on and pay it forward!
