Nataliya Cheema, a Practice Clinical Pharmacist for the Newcastle North Primary Care Network (NN-PCN) and Alex Zahorodnyj who is the Lead PCN Pharmacist talked to us about the community pharmacy consultation service (CPCS) service and how it can benefit patients.
The Podcast starts with Nataliya talking about the service from the PCN (Surgery) viewpoint for the first 3½ minutes of the podcast and then Alex gives his input from the viewpoint of the Pharmacy for the remainder of the episode
I would suggest that you listen to the accompanying podcast from Dr Bradshaw, Episode 21, whereDr Bradshaw explains about appointments at the surgery, as these 2 elements complement each other in expelling how you can get the best out of the services available. The content is very interesting and informative and we’re sure it will address many of the questions and misconceptions that people may have about the appointment process and what goes on in the background that influences the appointment process and availability.
We are always looking to help keep the patients at the practice up to date and informed, so if you have any feedback or any future topics you would like to see covered please contact us via our website http://mountroadpracticeppg.nhs.uk or email us at admin@kidsgrovegpsppg.co.uk Your feedback is always welcome.
