Description

This is the Black History Month episode.

This week we are discussing the ways that the pursuit of Black excellence has caused more harm to the Black community over the years. This episode is filled with insightful conversations surrounding Black excellence along with the real barriers that Black Canadians face when aiming for these impossible standards. More importantly it explains the origins of the term and how the need may have changed over time.
