I remember how uncomfortable I felt when I applied for a management position years ago. I had Imposter Syndrome, feeling very awkward and unworthy in the interview, so of course I didn't get the job!
It was courageous of me to put myself out there, yet I lacked the confidence to secure the position.

It's a sad fact that 62% of the management roles in corporations are held by men in 2021. Rochelle would like to empower more women to claim their personal power and shift the work environment dynamics.
