Description

Have you heard about the Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono?

In this episode, I share about Kahu Lahela's (Arna Johnson) new course called "Hana i ka Pono" about cultivating goodness and excellence for ourselves and others.

A Hawaiian Kahu is a Spiritual Guide, Minister, and Keeper of the Light.  Kahu Lahela told me that the Hawaiian elders (kupuna) feel that the cultural practice of Ho'oponopono has been exploited, and there are deep wounds. It is being practiced now far from its' original intent.

She said we have to make it right (pono) and wipe the slate clean so a new self healing practice combining prayer and healing work was created to remove blockages in the body through forgiveness and was renamed to Ho'opono.

Kahu Lahela teaches how to best care for our bodies through nutrition, cleansing, and holistic practices.  She says, "We need to cleanse periodically and listen to our bodies so we don't develop disease."

Learn how to cut the negative aka cords that are attached to your body, cleanse your home environment, and promote healing in Kahu Lahela's "Hana i ka Pono".

When you register on her website you will have access to all the recordings, a FaceBook community, and direct access to Kahu Lahela.

I'm learning so much and super grateful to Kahu Lahela!
