Sue tells the story of a little crossbill bird she helped rehabilitate and release years ago. She is a Colorado native and this is the only time she has ever seen a crossbill.
Sue Carroll owns Bones Du Jour bakery in Fort Collins. She crafts "Treats so good you will wish you were a dog!" She bakes gourmet dog treats in small batches from hand selected ingredients. She uses the highest quality human-grade ingredients she can find, most of which are organic and many are purchased directly from local Fort Collins farmers and ranchers who are committed to sustainable agriculture.
