This lovely lady chats to me about her business, early days of the brand and her passion for making women feel good, not only with her clothing but with her coaching!
She takes me through her story of arriving in the UK, having no English whatsoever, to today being the founder of her very own global fashion brand!
With entrepreneurial blood and watching her parents working hard in their own businesses she's always had a firm grasp on the dedication to succeed. Coming to the UK and working as an Au Pair, Elif watched English films with the subtitles on over and over again to pick up the language!
She talks fondly of the people who have shown her kindness in the early days of her business, the small acts of kindness that she was shown, holding dear in her heart to this very day.
Not only does she run a successful fashion brand she is passionate about making women feel good with her coaching for women in business. She is determined to give women the tools to empower women, and enabling them to not only feel great, but know that they can achieve beyond their wildest dreams! She shares her knowledge with others about her business journey and the lessons she's learned along the way.
The underpin of Elif's ventures and goals is seeing others succeed. There is a real sense of "tribe" that she is building, she's a great believer in the real power of support and community.
She launched a platform called "Confidence Leads To Success" with a series of insightful interviews with women in business to share their stories. Loving shining a spotlight on women she believes that giving others inspiration is a fundamental key to success
To go from her humble beginnings, learning a new language, empowering other women in business and now to have built a worldwide fashion brand is just INCREDIBLE!
Her positivity personality, enthusiasm and passion for every single aspect of her work is infectious! I envisage working with Elif is like having a best friend in your pocket!
