Description

You hold on to a small piece of ice floe and drift. You are afraid to leave it, because this piece of ice is all you know and it seems to you that it is at least reasonably safe. Really?

Meanwhile, the piece of ice that you consider your land is neither really comfortable nor safe – you know it. Was this what you wanted in your life? Have you ever dreamed about this? ….. Don’t deceive yourself ….. This is not what you wanted. Inside you feel that you should have left it sometime, Once upon a time. Do it to really improve your life.

So why don’t you do it? It’s simple ……. you are very scared. You prefer the quality you know and the pain to endure – to the risk and the chance of winning your life.

Your instinct is telling you that there is great land on the horizon. ….. Or is it just an illusion? The night draws its fantasies. You don’t know what awaits you.

Maybe you will drown? ……. It is quite possible.

Maybe the orcs will kill you? …..It happens.

The water is so cold that you may run out of strength shortly after you leave …… That’s exactly what it is.

The stakes are high.

You can stay and wait, or you can give yourself a chance and go on anyway.

People would like guarantees of success. They are afraid of the risk.

There are no such guarantees.

Therefore, most people will never leave their piece of ice floe. So are their parents, and so are their parents' parents. They will drift like this …. for the rest of their lives.

They work in places where, instead of using their true potential and developing it further, they passively stay afloat. They’re just selling their time for money. They feel bad there, but it’s only 8 hours a day. It is bearable. You will know them by counting the days to Friday (Friday, Friday !!! , as they say), waiting for the next longer weekend. Someone who says that and thinks ……. is already a loser.

Meanwhile, good work does not tire and gives energy, joy and satisfaction. Because we share the best of us with others. And they feel it and react to it. This is what makes sense.

Such people also often live in the wrong places, or live among the wrong people. Being around others has a huge impact on our quality of life. It can bring suffering or joy and fulfillment.

It’s a tough and risky decision – …….. I know.

To give yourself a chance to change – you must enter the icy water first and push yourself away from your only raft …… Then swim into the dark.

I knew a lot of people drifting on such an ice float. Sometimes several on one, ……… until there was no room. They never dare to make serious changes. They are strong with words ….. but that’s about it. Such a vision scares them. And therefore they will never know that they could do much more. Such people don’t win their lives.

You can do otherwise. As long as you are alive, it is never too late to try.

And one more thing. Before you leave this drifting ice floe – the only safe place you know – be as prepared as possible. Don’t float out like crazy, but do your best.

And then swim – Give yourself a chance. Do it !
