If you’ve ever watched a young child tackling the nuances of telling a joke or taking their first steps, you’ve probably noticed something very interesting.  Something different from the way we learn and grow as adults (or even older children).  Kids under 5 celebrate all their wins, even the silly stuff.  They even celebrate when they’re falling down every 3 steps.  They smile, laugh, and clap.  And y’all, they’re on to something.  It turns out that celebrating your wins is the key to sustained growth and accomplishing your goals.

Looking to learn more about why we all need to celebrate our wins and get some fun, simple ideas to get you started? This week's episode is for you!

Over the past few years, I’ve accomplished so much, and I have to tell you I’m super proud of myself. It’s like I’m living a whole new life. But to be honest, I haven’t always been this way. I used to set the bar crazy high, get all stressed out and overwhelmed, fall to pieces and then spend weeks, months, and yes, sometimes even years beating myself up about it.

Then I discovered a little secret: I deserve to be celebrated... and so do YOU!

Being mindful of all you’ve accomplished is THE best way to stay in a place of abundance mentality and accomplish your goals. It matters… So, don’t wait another day, celebrate today!
