What is non-striving? What do you have to gain from not trying as hard? It is this counter-intuitive approach to work, and being, in general, that may just give you what your body and mind have been asking for.

It is this aspect of mindfulness that brings us back into creating for creating's sake. To get out of that hamster wheel of endless goal posts and pleasure-less achievements, for good.
