In today's epdiose I share some of my top tips to help you develop a PMA- Positive Mental Attitude. THIS is so helpful because positivity tunes you into your pre-frontal cortex (when we're thinking brain stuff), and the guidance of your soul (looking at this from a spiritual perspective). I'm not preaching on NEVER being negative, but I AM super 'pro' creating a generally positive landscape in your brain, because it's fundamental to wellbeing and living life on your terms, joyfully. After recording I realised I didn't share my usual 'behind the scenes' today- 😮 and the over-sharer in me's dying a little, so let me just tell you I'm slurping tomato soup as I type! Phew, feel better now!! 😂
