If you know me, you know I LOVE this topic 😂.  And I'm so happy to share some tips to help you 'sleep like a baby' (not my first baby I hasten to add tho!!)  In today's episode I share some of my top tips to help you get the z's you want.  I've worked with many clients one to one who were struggling with their sleep.  As with anxiety, this is SO fixable.  I promise!  And I know this can sound crazy when you're in the midst.  But as I say in the episode it really is all about setting yourself up for success, and this starts with you understanding what the building blocks of success are.

The main thing though is a shift in mindset and how you feel about you and your sleep.  I super hope this helps.  As I say on the podcast I'm lucky that I don't typically struggle with sleep BUT at times when I fall foul of my own advice it definitely creeps in.  Because it really is about creating the right set up!
